🧠 What You'll Learn: In the classroom, you will learn about the basic functions and settings of your DSLR or mirrorless camera, as well as, techniques for improving your landscape photographs. We will then apply and reinforce these skills outside.
Class Schedule
1:00 - 3:00 PM: Camera functionality and photography techniques
3:00 - 4:00 PM: Break, snack, and transfer to the elk field
4:00 - 6:00 PM: Apply knowledge in the field
🧩 Skill Level/Age Range: Beginner/ 16 +
📃 Student Instructions: Part of the class will be outside, so please dress for NW weather and wear comfortable shoes. Also bring water/drink, and a snack.
🔨 Materials Needed: Bring your camera (must be a DSLR or mirrorless camera), a wide-angle lens (preferably 35mm or wider), empty SD card, and a fully charged battery. If you have a tripod, please bring that for the field work (but not required).
