🧠 What You'll Learn: Students will learn essential belly dance fundamentals, including: basic isolations, gentle undulations, posture, and alignment. Instruction emphasizes anatomical awareness, joint health, and safe movement patterns. Students will also be introduced to musicality, simple layering, and expressive movement in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.
Students will leave with a strong introductory foundation in belly dance, practical tools to continue practicing at home, and greater confidence in their ability to move with fluidity and self-expression. Participants will also gain a sense of community and a joyful appreciation for dance as a form of exercise, creativity, and emotional release.
