9:15 AM - 3:45 PM (Full Day Lego Robotics and STEM Fusion)
🏫 Location: NBA&I Center for Creativity, 1533 Bendigo Blvd North, North Bend, WA
💰 Price: $250 (half-day) -or- $400 (full-day)
🧠 Experience: Come for one full week of our Robot U summer camp. Campers can enjoy mornings of hands-on creativity at our LEGO Robotics Camp, afternoons of exploration at Robot U’s STEM Fusion Camp, or combine them both for action-packed full days!
LEGO Robotics Camp (Morning)
A hands-on, week-long camp where young builders bring incredible working, sensing, and moving ROBOTS to life!
Build & Create: Spend the week building a huge variety of robots, from snakes and puppies to elephants and tanks, or design unique custom creations. Projects range from simple to complex.
Explore: Choose from over 100 plans ranging from beginner to super challenging. Campers can adjust their project difficulty at any time to match their comfort level.
Compete: Participate in head-to-head robot competitions to learn teamwork and design iteration.
Learn: Our instructors are always on hand to help and teach fundamental robotics concepts.
Robot U’s STEM Fusion (Afternoon)
Each day is a new adventure! This rotating STEM Camp offers a variety of technologies, ensuring campers never get bored and always have something new to explore. Daily adventures include:
Sphero BOLT: Program a robotic prismatic ball. Campers will practice coding fundamentals and compete in games to sharpen their driving skills.
LEGO RC Garage (two days): Build incredible remote-controlled (RC) contraptions from plans or create brand-new designs. Explore, amaze, and compete!
Meta Quest - VR Minecraft and more (two days): Play together inside a Virtual Reality World on our private local server. Campers will explore three separate Minecraft arenas of play:
Mini Games - Hide and Seek, Spleef, Capture the Flag
Creative Protected Building - Claim an area, learn Redstone mechanics, or build something incredible!
Survival - Forage, mine, build, form teams...and survive!
(Note: A daily lemonade and popcorn break is included for all campers!)
🧩 Skill Level/Age Range: All elementary ages are welcome.
📃 Student Instructions: Please pack snacks & lunch (if attending a full day class).
