From-Scratch Secrets (Demo & Discussion): Learn our signature recipe for fragrant, long-lasting gingerbread dough and how to bake pieces that won't warp or crumble.
Mastering the Structure: Watch a step-by-step demonstration on cutting templates, assembling sturdy walls, and mixing royal icing that acts like superglue for gingerbread architecture.
Hands-On Decorating: Express your holiday creativity! Using a pre-assembled, fully set house, you'll practice piping techniques and design a custom cottage with a colorful array of candies, trims, and frosted details.
